What is The Parent Program and how can Peace Wapiti parents access it?

“The Parent Program” is a 15 minutes per day investment in bringing out the best parent you can be. You will feel more confident, competent and relaxed as you deal with the day-to-day parenting issues that challenge, worry and help you (and your children) grow. You receive 15 weekly emails connecting you to 30 minutes of reading per week, 10 minutes of audio per week and 15 minutes of daily exercises.”
